'Inspired by origami paper-folded lamp designs. Though interesting, it is particularly hard to get the shape right, especially the straight edges. Most of the forms derived start with a simple sketch of origami shapes, placing them at various heights and connecting the edges. Once an interesting shape is in sight, the same is taken into clay, and then the formal process of clay starts.'
