The sellers were wonderful to work with, and communicated well through the process to make sure the customizable aspects of the piece were to my liking. It came packaged with incredible care, to make sure the fragile ceramic shades were intact. Shipping went smoothly via DHL, and actually arrived a day early. We were so pleased with the lamp and sellers, that we immediately purchased another item.

The most amazing customer service -- Nitu is so responsive, patient, and understanding. I purchased 2 of the 9" lights in Ink Blue and needed them with a very tight turnaround. Naaya Studio were able to get them to me (from south India to east coast of US) in less than a week. I truly can't recommend them enough; you may *absolutely* trust them with your time and vision. The lamps are beautiful and perfect -- eye-catching without being overwhelming. They look more periwinkle in my photo but in real life, they are just a shade brighter & more saturated than pictured in the listing. Somewhere between light blue & sky blue. Looks fantastic, a real feature for our lounge. Was a little reluctant as it isn't cheap but so happy now, worth every penny. Was a little worried about it getting damaged over a long journey but it is the best, most considerately packed item I think I've ever ordered. After purchase the seller contacted us immediately to get and confirm delivery details and number just in case of customs issues. Came relatively quickly bearing in mind it came from India to the UK. Customs tax was slightly more than I anticipated but not a great deal.

Love these lights!! I used to have some pottery barn globe glass lights which were beautiful but too bright and hard to keep clean…. I decided to try these for an earthier/ more global look and something not mainstream. I think these are beautiful and although it’s been a stylistic change I really love them! All equipment came and the box was packaged very well, super straightforward. The light it casts at night is verrrry warm, casting the pink tones from the terra-cotta. I prefer the subdued lighting over the glass globes but certainly worth thinking about the color it throws at night. If you are looking at this seller and love the look of these lights and wondering about quality don’t hesitate!

I absolutely LOVE my new pendant light. I got the size 12.5 with peach on the outside and natural clay on the inside. It is just beautiful. I got it because there is no light or wiring over the desk in my in-home office, so I had to get one that plugs in instead of a hardwired one. The sellers were communicative and did a perfect job of placing the switch on the chord exactly where I wanted it so that it was just the right distance from the light fixture and from the plug. I was shipped quickly and perfectly packaged for protection. I highly recommend this beautiful light and the great reliable sellers.

It’s absolutely beautiful. The color is perfect. I was nervous to order something so fragile from afar, but they took great efforts to protect it during shipping and it arrived in perfect condition. It is heavy and requires two people to install and you should have some electrical knowledge.

I saw different shades in the reviews and was confused by this. I inquired and was able to select the color I wanted. For buyers in the US, when installing, the red wire is the hot wire and the black is neutral. Communication was outstanding! Shipping was fast! I am beyond pleased with this purchase! The quality of these pendants is excellent. Nice, thick clay and beautiful craftsmanship. Also, I was pleasantly surprised when Naaya Studio contacted me to ask which natural clay color I wanted, ranging from a true terracotta to a creamy beige-pink. I thought the natural color in the picture was the only option, but no! My recommendation would be for the studio to include an image of the colors so buyers know there are more options than what is shown in the styled pictures. (Note: The canopies in my pic are not the ones supplied with the lights. We had to purchase larger ones to cover the holes of the canned lights that were previously there.) Also, shipping was remarkably fast and the packaging was excellent. The bubble wrap + foam protected the items perfectly. Thanks, Naaya Studio!

These lights are beautiful! The quality is amazing, the packaging was exceptional, and they arrived to Los Angeles in perfect condition. I worked with Nitu and Neeraj to find a solution for the mounting location of the second pendant where the air vent was in the way. They made a two-port canopy so the other pendant could hang from a swag hook that would require less mounting space - problem solved! All the parts were provided so the install was easy for my electrician, and I couldn't be happier with the result!
