Our aim is to keep you happy with the product. You are free to ask us any number of questions, get closeup images, textures etc. Also, colors are tricky subject due to media on which they are conveyed (monitor screens) different monitor produces same image in different color, Images shot under studio lighting will not be same in sunlight, will look different in brightly colored room etc. So, please ask as many questions/photos as you want before making your purchase. Based on above facts, Color may will vary slightly from what you see on website. Therefore, it cannot be made as basis of return. (unless we sent you wrong color).
Most of the return request are due to size estimations, due to fragile nature of our products returns can be a very taxing and expensive. We suggest double check your space/size/use some method of visualizing (use balloons of approximate size and hang them in place) even send us picture of proposed installation space so that we can return with some sort of visualization absolutely free of cost.
In case of Return
All return and refund request, damage due to delivery, partial or full refund request must be reported within 3 days of the delivery with photographs of damage.
Any request raised after this initial window will need approval and mutual consent. However, our decision on the matter will be final and binding and cannot be disputed.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
*Please understand due to product volume and packing, return can be very expensive.
For us to process the refund, it is important that all the pieces/merchandise reach us without any damage. We suggest you use original packaging in which it was sent. Also, there will be no need to return the pieces that are completely damaged and are not usable.
To return an item, place the item securely in its preferably in its original packaging and Purchase Invoice, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Items purchased during sale
Items that are agreed upon for No return prior to sale
Due to fragile nature of the product, in a rare event of damage of the product during transit, the damage should be reported to us within 3 days of delivery with images sent to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
There is no action required from your side. we will prioritize your replacement. In case you do not agree to replacement due to transit time or any other reason, we can mutually agree to full or partial refund.
In case of unlikely event of electric failure of the product/but no damage, refund will only be limited to cost of the electricals/or its replacement. In case of non-availability of electricals/custom made electricals, a replacement set will be sent with complete replacement manual/video.
