Return & Refund Policy

At Naaya Studio, each ceramic lighting piece is handmade with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase, which is why we encourage you to ask questions, request close-up photos, and share your intended space with us before placing your order.

Good to know: Our Return percentage is less the 1 %, so 99 out of 100 who buy from us keep the product!

Please note:

  • Colors may appear differently across screens, studio photography, and various lighting conditions. Slight variations in color and texture are natural and cannot be accepted as a reason for return (unless the incorrect color was supplied).

  • We strongly recommend verifying dimensions before purchase. Due to the fragile nature of our pieces, returns can be costly and complicated. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to help visualize the fit in your space—send us a photo, and we’ll assist free of charge.

Returns & Refunds

ALL RETURNS WILL  BE LOCAL (WITHIN YOUR COUNTRY) OR EQUIVALENT 
 

  1. Reporting Window

    • All return, refund, or damage claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs.

    • Requests raised after this period will be considered only on mutual consent, and Naaya Studio’s decision will be final.

  2. Return Timeline

    • Approved returns must be postmarked within 14 days of purchase.

    • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging, labels, and invoice included.

  3. Shipping Costs

    • Buyers are responsible for all local return shipping cost

    • We recommend using the original packaging and a trackable courier service.

    • Returns damaged in transit due to improper packing cannot be refunded.

  4. Refund Process

    • Refunds are processed after we inspect the returned item(s).

    • Shipping charges, tariffs and destination taxes will be deducted from the refund amount

    • Please allow 7 business days after receipt for processing. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear depending on your payment provider.

    • You will be notified via email once your return is processed.

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

  • Custom-made or made-to-order pieces

  • ​Bigger pieces → 12" (in select cut & Wabi designs) and 15" size & above

  • Items marked “Final Sale,” “Seconds,” or purchased during promotions

  • Digital downloads

  • Products sold under a prior “No Return” agreement

Damages & Replacements

  • If your item arrives damaged during transit, please report it within 7 days of delivery with photographs sent to sales@naayastudio.com.

  • A replacement will be prioritized at no additional cost.

  • If a replacement is not acceptable due to transit times or other reasons, we may agree to a full or partial refund.

  • In the unlikely event of electrical component failure without physical damage, refunds will be limited to the cost of the electrical parts or their replacement. If exact parts are unavailable, we will provide substitutes along with installation instructions or video support.

We deeply value your trust. Every Naaya Studio piece is handcrafted, and while returns are possible in special circumstances, we encourage careful consideration before purchasing to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
