Order Processing & Delivery

Shipping & Transit

• Courier Partner: All orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide.

• Transit Time:

  • India: 2–4 business days

  • International: 3–5 business days

• Tracking: A tracking number will be shared on the day of dispatch.

 

Order Cancellation

• Within 24 Hours: Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.

• After 24 Hours:

  • 24–48 hours after purchase → 10% cancellation fee

  • Beyond 48 hours until dispatch → 25% cancellation fee

• After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Refunds on Unpaid Customs Returns
