Returns for customized lights & bigger pieces (15.5" size and above) are not accepted.

We don't accept exchanges.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Processing time - Each Naaya Studio fixture is handcrafted to order in our Bangalore atelier. Our standard processing time is 2-3 weeks before dispatch. If you are working with a specific delivery timeline, please let us know before placing your order. We’ll always do our best to accommodate.

Customs, Duties & Taxes - We ship worldwide from our Bangalore studio. For supported destinations, all applicable import duties and taxes are included in the final checkout price to ensure a smooth and worry-free delivery experience. In certain regions, customs policies may vary due to local regulations. If any additional charges arise, our team will notify you before dispatch.
