Trough is our flattest, most low-profile shape, a wide, shallow form built for an industrial or minimalist look rather than a rounded, softer silhouette. Because it sits close and flat, it works well in spots where you don't want the fixture itself to dominate: above a dining table, along a kitchen island, or as a soft bedside night light.
